FAQ’s

Location.

I am tattooing full time at Primrose Tattoo Studio, in El Paso, Tx. The physical address is 3330 Saul Kleinfeld Ste. 5, 79936. You can find a map to the Studio at the bottom of the homepage on this website.

Consultations.

In person consultations are scheduled per your request, before your desired tattoo appointment date. However, I am willing to schedule a consultation via FaceTime if you would prefer. In which, we will discuss your ideas, size and placement, as well as pricing. If you would like to schedule a consultation, please feel free to email me separately at: (andrewwloc@gmail.com). However, we can streamline this process all through the Tattoo Request Form that you can find on the homepage of this website.

Booking.

Please fill out the Tattoo Request form found on the homepage. In my reply to your inquiry, you will receive a deposit invoice in which you can pay the required deposit, along with any additional information I need. Deposits are necessary prior to me designing, or even scheduling your tattoo appointment. Payment methods I accept are as follows: Cash, Card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Facebook Pay. Deposits are $100 and non-refundable if you miss or cancel your appointment. Once your deposit is made, your appointment is 100% guaranteed. However, if you give me a heads up that you need to re-schedule, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment date and time, you will not need to leave another deposit and I will gladly re-schedule you. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to re-schedule. If you no call, no show, or cancel same day, your deposit is forfeited and another separate deposit will need to be made, should you decide to re-schedule.

Pricing.

I have a $100 minimum, meaning that I never charge lower than $100, NO EXCEPTIONS! My hourly rate is $200 per hour. I will only charge my hourly rate if we need more than one session, and we are doing a larger scale project, meaning an entire arm or leg sleeve, back piece, or front panel. If your tattoo is able to be completed within one sitting, I will give you a flat rate depending on the size, color, placement and final detail. Please let me know if you’re working with a budget, as I am glad to accommodate as long as it is reasonable.

Day of Tattoo Appointment.

Get a good night’s sleep! Do NOT consume any alcohol 24 hours before, or after your appointment, as this can be detrimental to the healing process. Please show up early to ensure that everything goes according to schedule. I have other tattoos throughout the day and if anyone is late, it causes a shift in my entire schedule. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to re-schedule. Be aware that it’s a process and can take multiple hours. So please try your best to not have too many obligations on the day of your tattoo that can interfere with our appointment. I highly recommend to eat a good meal at least a couple of hours before your tattoo. It will help you get through it. We will offer bottled water, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own drinks & snacks. The studio space is limited so I will only allow a plus one. Keep a clear line of communication with me, so that I can ensure you get the best tattoo possible.
